SILENT REMINDER - Visualisation Tool ✨

All frequencies are great tools to bring you into specific state, but there are also huge benefits from silence.
This track was inspired by Neville Goddard's writings- he says "If it is difficult to control the direction of your attention while in the state akin to sleep, you may find gazing fixedly into an object." He goes on to say "Arrange the object of focus to return as little reflection as possible. Imagine then that in this depth you are seeing and hearing what you want to see and hear until your attention is exclusively occupied by the imagined state."

So rather than using an object, we can use a single sound to focus on. Every time you hear the sound, use it as a reminder. It may be a reminder to bring you back to the silence, or a reminder to visualise your certain desire, or to repeat an affirmation. Use this track every night, and track your results. I recommend trying one full week with the same affirmation/visualisation and see what happens. Please share your results in the comments.
