People quickly say the Earthquake in Turkey is some HAARP Operation and that somehow NATO punished Turkey. The argument are the lightnings which are unusual in an Earthquake. They are indeed unusual but not unheard of. It could very well be a thunderstorm in that area. Also another thing about Earthquakes, they are inevitable, from time to time the tectonic fault lines release pressure. In that area, there hasnt been a major Earthquake since the 1500s. It was bound to happen since that area and Turkey are on a major tectonic line. This is science. Now i seriously doubt that a HAARP can cause an Earthquake by itself. We are talking about a kinetic energy that is millions of times stronger than any HAARP. Can HAARP influence the weather? Certainly. But its not only HAARP. Human emotions influence the weather just as much, and there was a lot of tension in that area of Turkey
