Black Dot Technique
This lucid dreaming technique comes from Stephen Laberges book “Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming” and can be found in more detail there.
Begin by meditating on a white dot between your eyebrows before bed.
Next practice pot shaped breathing. If you are not familiar with this exercise you can learn this technique through my video on it or you can find a more detailed account of it in Stephen Laberges book “Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming”.
Practice Pot shaped breathing 21 times.
Then make 21 resolutions to recognize when you are dreaming.
Next concentrate on a pill sized black dot imagine that it is, this is verbatim what is written imagine it is “situated at the base of your generative organs”
Continue to concentrate on this until you find yourself in a dream
