To overview, we picked up 3 couches this weekend with a total est. revenue amount of $2,300+ and only a $150 buy cost.

I get asked how much time I spend doing this and what I “make per hour”. As an entrepreneur you aren’t aiming to make a certain amount per hour. That’s more of a 9-5 mindset of trading time for money. Me, I’m aiming for time freedom and a scalable income and business. However, I spend an average of 2-4 hours per couch with pick up, delivery, and cleaning. Soon, I’ll be hiring and automating most systems. At first, when starting a new business, it’s important to work in your business to figure out how you would like your systems ran and then hire to create sustainability.

Also, this isn’t standard for every person and every couch. There are a lot of variables that affect how much time goes into this business based on external factors and your goals and time commitment.

I have time to homeschool my son, work on other businesses, take care of my health, and still make this happen regularly and consistently. It takes a lot of dedication and work but it’s worth it 💯
