So this is why it’s important that IF you like to weigh yourself, that you weigh yourself at the same time or under the same conditions.
There are also fluctuations day to day, so focus on the average or the overall trajectory.
And use other measures on your health and fitness journey such as strength, performance, circumference measurements and happiness and stress levels.
