Brining and Smoking Bacon at home.
I find myself wanting to have things that are unavailable in the store.
In this example I wanted to see what bacon would taste like to smoke it with Cherry wood. Most bacon is smoked with Hickory. I have cured and smoked bacon at home a half dozen times and it gets better every time. Join me on this adventure.
