In this video, Dr. Justin and Evan Brand discussed the idea that a perfect, ideal diet is still not enough to solve health problems and the importance of considering multiple factors when addressing mental health issues. They talked about how a good history can help determine the root cause of health issues, but that a broader approach is necessary because different people may have different causes of symptoms, even if they all present with the same symptom.

It also explained how the mental health space tends to have a one-size-fits-all approach to treating depression, but that it can have many different causes and thus many different ways to treat it. Emphasizing the importance of being both a generalist and specialist at the same time is the more effective way to address all the various factors that may contribute to someone's depression.
