Russian Rescue Operations are headed to Turkey

The Russian Emergencies Ministry is ready to send two Il-76 aircraft with rescuers to Turkey to assist in the aftermath of the earthquake, the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry told us.

On behalf of the head of the department, Alexander Kurenkov, 100 specialists of the airmobile detachment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations "Centrospas" and the Center for Rescue Operations of Special Risk "Leader" were alerted.
