Karpeles a BILLIONAIRE with money taken from Mt Gox??

Mark Karpeles is in the news again. Instead of the bitcoin recovered from the MtGox disaster going back to the account holders who own that money, account holders are apparently being paid back the equivalent of $400 per bitcoin. Which leaves about a billion dollars in value, that will go to... you guessed it. The guy who lost everyone's money to begin with.
A lot of people are angry...
