Tether & Bitfinex vs New York Attorney General

Recently The Crypto Lark invited me on to his show, and we discussed the feud between Tether and the NYAG. The most recent development is that Bitfinex and Tether are arguing for case to be dismissed because they operate far outside of NY's jurisdiction.
