Is Bitcoin actually censorship resistant?

Facebook was recently sent a letter from government reps telling them to stop development on their cryptocurrency "Libra".
Obviously a similar letter couldn't be sent to Bitcoin, but if the government did decide to ban it, how easy would it be to shut down? To answer this question, we first need to understand how centralized and censorable the internet itself is.
I chat to Josh Ellithorpe, senior software engineer at Coinbase and Bitcoin Cash developer, about full nodes, internet filtering, and how the internet itself can be controlled.
