This is YOUR EXERCISE!

Alternate nostril breath can be done with or without an Asana practice and meditation, and it often enhances the effects you get from either practice. What I notice is I'm able to feel the poses more deeply, and I get deeper into my asana practice. One woman used to call it being "taken by her mat" but I really think she just needed some good pipe.
