During the summer of 1986, Alison Parrott was lured from her home in Toronto, Ontario to meet a man posing as a photographer. Her remains were found two days later under a bridge in Kings Mill Park. Her case would become one of Canada's most expensive investigations ever. The unsolved murder remained a cold case for 10 years, until DNA evidence matched with Francis Carl Roy in 1996.
