Norm and Mike are back in the saddle as another week of court in the United States v. Joseph Biggs, et al. cranks up. With the jury excused from court for the day, the parties are scheduled to make arguments as to the admissibility of certain text communications between and among the defendants.

So? Norm starts with some foundational building blocks for what is "admissible" as evidence in a criminal trial.
