The owners were covering the entire Cochituate Village Shopping Center roofs with solar panels and did not want to deal with roof leaks under all of the solar panels. They contracted with Bluestone Inc. Bluestone had been roofing Wayland Realty Trust buildings since 1988. This video is of just the Rite Aid Pharmacy. It is now a Walgreens.
