Apparently Guatemala has all the sailfish. Chris Stars from Blue Bayou (http://www.bluebayouguatemala.com/) put us on 18 sailfish in one day. If big sport fish aren't your thing, they will be, after a day of frantic action cruising in the open blue with your favourite people and a cold drink.
