Dr. Jordan Peterson and Employers Policing Employee's Speech

With Dr. Jordan Peterson coming to Saskatoon in a few weeks I've been thinking more about his situation with the Ontario College of Psychologists and how Employer's & Licensing Boards are so risk adverse that they've taken to policing their staff's speech outside of the workplace and working hours.
