Trudeau Spent $400M on Forced Quarantine for Canadian Travelers

The Trudeau government spent close to $400M on forcing Canadian travelers to stay at Designated Quarantine Facilities from 2020-2022. The facilities were actual hotels that received these contracts even though the travelers still had to pay out of pocket. This translated to around $75,000/stay. What else could these funds have been used for?
