Cooperation Framework Agreement between the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Military

2018年3月22日下午，《中国科学院 军事科学院战略合作框架协议》签约仪式在军事科学院举行。中科院院长、党组书记白春礼，副院长、党组成员相里斌，党组成员、秘书长邓麦村，军事科学院院长杨学军，政委方向，副院长皮明勇以及双方机关和有关单位负责人、院士专家等出席了签约仪式。相里斌、皮明勇分别代表双方签署了战略合作框架协议。根据协议，未来双方将重点围绕联合建设高端战略智库、联合开展项目合作研究、共同推动协同创新平台建设、联合培养人才和促进人员交流等方面深化合作。On the afternoon of March 22, 2018, the signing ceremony of the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Military Sciences" was held at the Academy of Military Sciences.Chun-Li Bai, President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group, Li-Bin Xiang , Vice President and Member of the Party Leadership Group, Mai-Cun Deng , Member of the Party Leadership Group and Secretary-General, Xue-Jun Yang , President of the Academy of Military Sciences, Ming-Yong Pi , Vice President of Academy of Military Sciences, and heads of both agencies and relevant units , academicians and experts attended the signing ceremony. Li-Bin Xiang and Ming-Yong Pi signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of two parties. According to the agreement, in the future, the two parties will focus on deepening cooperation around the joint construction of high-end strategic think tanks, joint project cooperation research, joint promotion of collaborative innovation platform construction, joint training of talents, and promotion of personnel exchanges.
在顶层协议的基础上，围绕信息安全领域合作，军事科学院系统工程研究院院长王庆宗、中科院信息工程研究所所长孟丹代表双方单位签署了《军事科学院系统工程研究院与中国科学院信息工程研究所战略合作框架协议》。On the basis of the top-level agreement, focusing on cooperation in the field of information security, Qing-Zong Wang , Dean of Academy of Systems Engineering under the Academy of Military Sciences, and Dan Meng, Chief of the Institute of Information Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, signed the "Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation between Academy of Systems Engineering under the Academy of Military Sciences and the Institute of Information Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences”.
