True Velocity Polymer Case Ammunition Test in Cold Weather

Originally meant to be a test of the precision of True Velocity's .308 Winchster 168 gr. Nosler Custom Competition polymer case ammunition. However, due to cold temperatures (at least I think), this video ended up being more about some potential issues with the ammunition.
