Rice:
1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 cup Jasmine Rice
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1-2 cloves garlic or just paste (about 1-2 teaspoons)
1 tablespoon Knorr Tomato Powder
1/2 tablespoon Knorr Chicken Powder
2 cups unsalted chicken stock

Cheese Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoon flour
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup Oaxaca cheese
1 cup white american cheese
1 cup of mexican cheese blend
Dash of cumin
1 tablespoon chopped pickled jalapenos

Chicken
1 lb chicken breast or thighs
1 sweet onion sliced thin
1 red bell pepper sliced thin

Seasoning:
Blackstone Essentials
Lawry's Season Salt
