One of the biggest challenges people face when it comes to generating motivated sellers is going to be getting high quality inbound leads. These are the best quality of leads, because these are people who are actively raising their hands saying that they want to have their house sold. Learning how to sell to high quality inbound leads is going to be key to success.

For most beginner investors, a majority of them are used to selling to outbound leads they have skip-traced from PopStream. However, it's going to be integral to get inbound leads as you get to a consistent 1-2 deals per a month. If you want to make sure that you are getting the right quality of leads you need to have qualifiers in your forms so that way you can get the right people who are attracted to you.

In addition to generating motivated sellers online, it’s extremely important to also know how to sell to these sellers. Having consistent sales training and online ads training in order to reach and access these sellers is going to be absolutely key to success.

In addition, you need to be actively posting on organic social media in order to gain traction on social media. When you are actively posting on social media (which includes Tiktok, Instagram, and YouTube), you are giving opportunities to gain traction on all of these various platforms.
