Some Nevada State Legislators seem to think our Constitution is insufficiently clear to trust, follow, and support what the Framers explicitly gave us in our Constitution’s Article V convention provision. 👈

How is it possible for certain officials to state: “We support the Constitution of the United States in its original intent and context.” And then continue to say in the next sentence: “Without further clarification of the rules and process, we do not support an Article V convention.”

These sentences together seem to create a bit of cognitive dissonance and even reflect some reluctance to follow and support the Constitution of the United States in its original intent and context. 💥

Washington is broken.

Here at Convention of States we have a solution as big as the problem.

An Article V Convention of States is called and controlled by the states and has the power to PROPOSE constitutional amendments.

These are our three, simple talking points.

1. Limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government (including the president)
2. Limit the terms of office for federal officials
3. Limit the ability of Congress and the president to spend and waste our hard- earned money, via a Balanced Budget Amendment.
