What is Operation 100 (Op 100)?

Operation 100 is a formulated 100 day challenge that I put together and fine tuned over time to help elevate myself and level up my own life. Did I succeed it first go? No.

That's the point of it. Not setting yourself up to fail but to grow from it. If you don't fail you don't learn and if you don't learn you don't grow. Yes the rules of Op 100 are important and there to help you build discipline, accountability, strength and consistency but it also helps you reflect and learn from not just what you do but how you do it and go about it.

There is more to Op100 then just these rules, like planning, goal setting, what you want to achieve and so on. So if you want to take your life to the next level. Try it, do it.
