This is the second part of my adventure baiting a publisher clearing house scammer. He tries to get me to get rid of my phone and only have contact with him for security reasons. I also give him the run around on the vanilla gift cards so I can get a bank account instead or a mule address. Will put part 3 up probably tomorrow. My brother Harry joins in on the next part.
