Koji Fried Chicken (Part 2)

The end result of this koji fried chicken experience. I was very impressed by what the shio koji did to the chicken. I was expecting the flavor to be quite different but not to the extent of what I tasted. The flavor of the koji marinated chicken was so much better than the standard fried chicken. As you can see, my girls loved it! Enjoy!
