Military Helicopters in San Diego

Info from Licensor: "I was at my apartment in downtown San Diego when I started hearing helicopters. I went on my balcony and saw military helicopters flying low below my balcony with the lights off. They flew right under it, next to it, and did touch-and-go landings on the rooftop adjacent to my balcony. It was pretty scary because we were not notified properly. There were people in the streets running for their lives. I called 911 because I wanted to know what was going on, I wasn’t sure if it was some attack or something, to be honest, and the operator said it was a military drill."
