Putin criticized Germany for arming Ukraine

During a speech Russian President Vladimir Putin roused the spirits of Soviet soldiers who defeated Nazi German troops during the battle of Stalingrad during World War II, vowing that Moscow would defeat Ukraine in the grip of "modern Nazism".

During a speech in Volgograd, known as Stalingrad until 1961, Putin criticized Germany for helping arm Ukraine and said, not for the first time, that he was ready to use Russia's entire arsenal, including nuclear weapons.
