It's important to practice both your ball handling skills and your shooting technique. This drill demonstrates that practicing both simultaneously could improve performance in each individual skill area. Blame John again; he talked me into this one!

Don't try this at home. Occasionally, I demonstrate certain skills I might have developed over the years, things that would be unsafe for less experienced people. In other words, what's unsafe for you might not be unsafe at all for me; otherwise, I would not do it.
For some people, even buying a guy might be unsafe if they lack hand-eye coordination and cannot relate to anyone who has it. :-)
