CIA and FBI Falsely Put American Citizen in a Bulgarian Prison

The FBI, CIA, US Embassy Sofia, and USDOJ falsely accused this guy of kidnapping yet refuse to drop the case. He's had his US passport revoked, declared an international fugitive, and on an Interpol Red Notice. He was placed in a Bulgarian Prison but Bulgaria released him because he was innocent.
