Repairing a 1988 Evinrude 15hp outboard tiller engine. This motor the tiller handle would hardly move. I finally figured out that there is a kill switch in front of the tiller arm and we have fire now. But, the bushings were worn out. I replace those in this motor. Hope this helps someone.
