Prophets and Prophesy: Does it Exist Today? My Take Based on Gleanings From The Word

Deuteronomy 18:14-22 describes the duties of a true prophet Of God; it also describes the penalty for false prophesy and the test to see whether he is from The Lord or the devil. We are later on(1 Thessalonians 5:20-21) instructed to not despise prophesy, but now that we have the completed Bible which covers all history up to and until the Millennium, it's fair to ask if it is active today.
