How to make a rodeo burger with bacon wrapped onion rings on a charcoal grill is easy to do and delicious. The rodeo burger is a half pound patty seasoned and cooked at 450 degrees F and 1 slice of cheese to melt, then top the burger with onion rings and BBQ sauce.
