Are there spy balloons floating across the United States and the World not many know about ? Of course there are, they are so high up no one will ever see them

Are satellites really lifted off the ground and into High orbit and kept there using big balloons ?
I don't know but it wouldn't surprise me to find out every one of them is the same, without the balloon they come crashing down including the space balloon aka the "space station"
