Justincredible is setting RUSHING RECORDS while learning to play the QB position from the passing game. Its a talent and intelligence that NFL teams will quickly have to scheme for. Fields is just something different, I personally cannot wait to see what his ceiling is.

There are some valid points to be made about Fields faults... but he has earned the opportunity to start the next 2 years and show us what he really can do over the course of time.
