What about the resurrection and why it matters...

Why the Resurrection matters. It has more meaning than whose going to heaven. Without the resurrection, Jesus' death would go without divine interpretation and endorsement. The resurrection amounts to the Father's clear signal that Jesus is the powerful Son of God who has conquered death and reigns as Lord of all. When we remember his resurrection we are celebrating the power that raised him from the dead. Two, remembrance gives us hope. Remembrance reminds us of the victory of Calvary.
