Police release graphic bodycam footage showing fatal shooting of Ohio man

Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney Melissa Powers announced no charges would be filed against three officers who shot and killed a 28-year-old man in the Cincinnati suburb of Wyoming, Ohio, on January 30.
The Wyoming Police Department released this graphic video in a press conference showing the incident. Officials said police were responding to a burglary-in-progress call when Joseph Frasure Jr. and another individual both attempted to flee, almost hitting an officer with their vehicle.
