China's balloon 'a clear violation of U.S. sovereignty' -Blinken

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Friday called the presence of what Washington believes to be a Chinese surveillance balloon in U.S. airspace "a clear violation of U.S. sovereignty and international law."
