Ukrainian militants who fired at the houses of local residents

Residents of some cities of the LPR, located near the front line, were left without a roof over their heads this winter. They are forced to come to the heating points to warm up and charge their mobile phones. These people were left homeless due to the fault of Ukrainian militants who fired at the houses of local residents.

Russian social movements are also helping to equip heating points. They donate generators, bedding, as well as medicine, clothes and much more to Lugansk residents.
