Troubleshoot and Fix 13 DCC Locos 7 Athearn Genesis GP38-2

We've got another HO scale Athearn Genesis GP38-2 with Tsunami Diesel sound decoder. This will be done exactly the same as the previous model and then we'll do some operations with the pair of them. This is a well thought-out design and a very easy locomotive to maintain. We'll use some Oxgard, MAG-1, Marvel Air Tool Oil, Liquid Tape and a couple new wires to get this locomotive running right.
