Ashburton River Agate Hunt - New Zealand Rockhounding

Join me for an agate and petrified wood hunt on the Ashburton river in Canterbury, New Zealand. I find some really large examples of the blue-ish, banded agates and chalcedony found in that area. Hoping to get into the petrified wood from Mt Somers soon!

I've sent the agates away to have cut and polished and hope to get them back soon. Will do a video on it and link it here when I do.
