The Perfect Breakfast: Poached Eggs.#shorts

"The Perfect Breakfast: Poached Eggs. A wonderful, warm and appetizing video on how to prepare the perfect breakfast. Poached eggs are a traditional dish in French cuisine. The French themselves rarely eat it for breakfast, they often serve it for lunch as a main dish or as a hot snack. It tastes like eggs boiled in a bag, but it's softer and tastier.
For one egg, you will need:

1 very fresh chicken egg
2 tablespoons of vinegar. Vinegar helps the egg white coagulate around the yolk. You will need 1 tablespoon of vinegar for every liter of water.
You will also need:

A wide saucepan or saucepan with a 20-25 cm diameter and a layer of barely boiling water 5 cm deep.
A slotted spoon
A wooden spoon or spatula
A saucepan with a capacity of 1-2 liters and cold water
Tip: Some recipes recommend salting the water in which the eggs are poached, but I don't recommend it, as salt interferes with the coagulation process of the protein. It's better to salt and pepper the eggs after cooking, right before serving."
