Mystery bone cluster in the clay - hopefully it's something like a skull [ancient seabed fossils]

It was a beautiful summers day here in New Zealand and I took advantage of the long summer days to go look for some fossils in one of my favourite spots here in Canterbury New Zealand.

I find the usual crabs and then noticed something sticking out of the clay. The clay sediment used to be the ocean floor millions of years ago. After inspecting it a bit closer, I noticed it had some bone sticking out! It reminded me of a section of dolphin skull I had found a couple of years ago.
