Advanced Civilizations - 2020 - The Kardashev Scale

The observable universe has been around for more than 13 billion years. Up to two trillion galaxies make up of something like 20,000 billion billion stars surrounding our home galaxy.

What might we find: little green men or microbes? How might we find them: radio waves or strange chemicals in the planet's atmosphere? Something no one has even thought of yet?
