Building the Porch Roof, Paradise Point - Ep 20

Today we start by attaching a screw jack to the bottom of all 4 cedar porch posts to allow for the settling of the cabin. This is necessary when building with green logs. We will be lifting the beam with a snatch block system, something I have never attempted before. Then finally, up with the rafters and metal.
