Proof Covid-19 is a Weapon of Mass Destruction

The latest discovery has uncovered the fact that contracts implemented in the creation of the Covid-19 Vaccine were in fact authorized under a military agreement through what's known as an Other Transactions Authority. This means the manufacturers have never been legally bound to follow any safety or efficacy regulations. The so-called vaccine is in fact NOT A PHARMACEUTICAL, but rather a prototype and a counter measure for a biological weapon!
