7 benefits of regular exercise
The basics of exercise increase be healthy and have fun. For many healthy adults, the US Dept The Health and Human Services recommends exercise guidelines:
Aerobic activity. Do at least 150 minutes of light aerobic activity or 75 minutes of aerobic exercise per week, or a combination of moderate and labor force.
Strength training. Do resistance exercises for all major muscles one at least twice a week. Try to do only one set of each exercise using heavy weights or heavy resistance that will tire your muscles later about 12 to 15 times.
