At this point, you're familiar and proficient with using sticks in your training, whether you train solo or with a partner. You also feel that you can do knife training now, but you're anxious because of the nature of the knife, which is well placed. In this video, I show one simple tool that you can get accustomed to that despite being a knife, is really safe to use for easier transition.
