Puzzled About Revelation, Part 50: Kingdom Now! Are Imminence & Dominionism Biblical?

Can Jesus come "at any moment" (imminence) as is popularly taught by those who teach the pre-tribulation rapture? Or do certain events need to happen first that are "signs" His coming is near?
Is the Church to have "dominion" over this present earth? Will the Kingdom come through our efforts to "Christianize" culture and society? Will we solve the world's problems and usher in the Kingdom?
