Controversial speaker and former Mount Royal University professor, Frances Widdowson, made the trek to the University of Lethbridge despite opposition from the U of L for a speaking engagement. On Monday, the university cancelled her lecture called How Wokeism Threatens Academic Freedom. She insisted on still showing up and when she arrived at the post-secondary on Wednesday, she was greeted by over 700 students and staff who were not happy to see her. She also mentioned she had some supporters on hand. Video Journalist Micah Quinn has the story.
